We arrange the spaces of your home around your family and your plot, and draw the plans and elevations to exact dimensions.
Electrical drawings
We set out the lighting, switches, sockets and distribution board in clear drawings your electrician can rely on.
Air-conditioning drawings
We show where the indoor and outdoor units go and how their lines run, so the installation follows a considered plan.
Landscape plan
An optional service in which we lay out the garden, paths and outdoor seating, at half a dollar per square metre.
3D model
An optional service at a fixed $99 that lets you see your home in three dimensions before it is built.

We get to know your land
You send us the location and area of the plot and what you would like in your home. A plot plan or a photo is enough to begin.
We agree the area and the cost
We set the built area with you, so you know the full design cost before we start.
We design and review with you
We send you the architectural plan and refine it with your notes, then prepare the electrical and air-conditioning drawings on it.
We deliver the file
You receive the complete file for your home, ready to build from, with any additional services you chose.
